What you see is but a percentage of what we ate !! This is Tingmo (a kind of steamed bread made from flour) and thukpa (Tibetan noodle soup) along with a fiery red pepper sauce. Apart from that we had momos and soup… Sigh.. This was in Taste of Tibet, off Brigade Road, Bangalore…

My experiment at baking a cake ( or can I call that a brownie?, it looks like one anyways) Since I wasn’t too sure of the taste I atleast had to make it aesthetically pleasing
